To our existing patients with scheduled appointments – please note that if you’re scheduled with Dr. Zaycosky STARTING IN FEBRUARY on a Wednesday or Thursday, your appointment will be at our new Edinboro location, 118 East Plum Street next to McDonalds. Monday and Tuesday appointments will remain at the Fairview location. (Dr. Zaycosky will be working out of our Fairview office on Mondays and Tuesdays and working out of our Edinboro office on Wednesdays and Thursdays).
